A backroom bonfire in every bite, kernels dusted with paprika smoke and the rough punch of garlic powder. It’s simple peasant food gone rogue, smoldering on the tongue like a cigarette stubbed out in holy oil. The crunch carries firewood and ash, savory enough to make you mutter obscenities of joy between mouthfuls. This is popcorn dragged through smoke and flame, unapologetic and feral.

12 c popped popcorn
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
