A sharp, salty blitz of aged Parmesan that attacks the tongue with unapologetic precision, tangled with a sneaky whisper of ranch mischief. Each kernel crunches like brittle armor, cheesy dust coating fingers and conscience alike. It’s snack food on a rampage—addictive, savory, and dangerously easy to inhale by the fistful. One handful, and you’re hooked, muttering praises to dairy and daring the world to stop you.

Ingredients

Pop plain popcorn kernels
Once your butter is melted (in a glass measuring cup in the microwave or in a little saucepan on the stove), let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then use a spoon to skim (and discard) the foamy layer from the surface of the melted butter. When you're ready to drizzle the butter over the popcorn, do so slowly, and stop just short of allowing the thick butter solids to pour out.
Put Parmesan, dried herbs, and spices into a mini food processor or blender. Spread the dust equaly.

Instructions

Fresh, air-popped popcorn, tossed in decadent butter and sprinkled with a mixture of Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing-esque herbs and spices.
